Great price and value for money! The hotel had a beautiful lobby and was very clean. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was very professional and helpful.
The room was quite small, with just a small double bed and a tiny TV. Also, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have a pool or fitness club, even though it was advertised on some websites.

The bathroom was also impressive compared to other hotels in Japan. While the hotel did not have a pool as advertised, the nearby fitness club offered a special rate for guests. Despite a few minor disappointments, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I would recommend it.

During my stay at the hotel, I fell sick and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. One of the staff members, Keiko Endo-san, who spoke perfect English, checked on me and encouraged me to see a doctor. She even called a cab and made an appointment for me at the hospital. To my surprise, she accompanied me to the hospital and translated for me. After my treatment, another staff member, Eri Namba-san, came to pick me up and helped me with payments and medicine. The general manager, Takashi Hattori-san, also accompanied them. I was amazed at their exceptional care and support during my time of illness. I am truly grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
